Himalaya - Change Of Climate

                                                    Himalaya is loosing its glaciers  very fast on account of change of climate. Himalaya development will effect not only India but all other countries like Nepal, Bhutan Bangladesh and even Pakistan. We have recently seen the flooding of Nepal which have  destroyed Cities, Villages, Bridges, Roads and Dams. The melted Himalayan Ice glacier water came down in Nepal which created great disaster for the people living in the Area thereon. It had also  effected very badly Indian State like Bihar.  The recent floods in Pakistan were  also due to water flowing from Himalayan rivers.

                                                             Himalaya is only range of mountains which are expanding in the World. It is also believed that the ice level of Himalaya is melting at the rate 10%per year which will lead the disappearance of ice rivers of Himalaya  within 10 years. It will ultimately destroy the water tank of Asia. It is also  observed that Himalaya is the creator of favorable  climate of for India but what will happen when  Himalaya Ice Rivers become dry. 

                                                              The effect of abnormal climate at Himalaya has already started showing its adverse effect in one of the Indian states of  Uttarakhand.  There are landslide and floodings in Himalayan rivers.  One another Himalayan river Brahmaputra also get flooded every now and then which leads to flooding in Assam and Bangladesh. 

                                                            Several countries have suggested measures to reduce the pollution so that climate change can be controlled. It is a Hot  topic of discussion but not much have come out of it so far.  Forest can also help to control  the climate change but 11 Himalayan  Indian States have only 46 forest thereon.  Besides that it is observed that India have  forest 0n22 %land which is low then the minimum required 33%percent forest on land. Hence India has to exert more for increasing forest areas so that climate change can be kept in control. 

                                                            However the Himalaya  Mountains ranges  are  considered the  natural protection for security of  India.  It is also water supply Tank for Asia and if it  dries up then it will bring great disaster for  even India., The choice is on us how to protect  Himalaya from  pollution and destruction of forest areas
