Family Care  Givers

                                    Person is suffering from Alzheimer or Cancer or Dementia  and his physical conditions are declining day by day then his nearest caretaker condition also become hard and unbearable looking at his nearest and dearest relative conditions. He also as well as suffer mentally and some time physically. In short the task of immediate  care giver become very difficult. It is said one in five adult relatives become  care giver of such person who is disabled or chronically ill.

                                     Even such Care Givers also become victims or diabetes or asthma or obesity  or some what of pain conditions.  This is because of continues  stress and strain  thereof. However it is observed that care given by relatives are more effective than Care Providers.

                                 The question is how to reduce the burden of such  family Care Giver? First of all doctor should provide remedies for the physical problems of  Family Care Giver who are looking after the people suffering from grave and chronic decease.  Besides that they should be provided social support including physical and material support. The family care giver should be also train how to sustain stress and strain of care giving. This is the way to make them find more meaning and purpose in their work. That mean they have to be more motivated in their work.

                                  There are thousands of people who are suffering from grave deceases and several family caregivers are looking after thereof. The stress and strain adopter of those family care givers are improved than it will lead to better outlook. It will also bring better quality of life for themselves.

The Iranian conflict  and India

                                                                        America and Israel are at war with Iran in order to control the production of Atomic Bomb by Iran.  America and Israel  have been  attacking Iran through missiles and drawn which  are being retaliated by Iran with same weapons. The lots of infrastructure of Iran are being destroyed by American /Israel attacks.  The Iran has also also attack the gulf countries which have military bases thereon on.  The war is being prolonged which was accepted to end soon.

                                                         India is trying to balance its relations with concerned countries neutrally. India has invested funds in development of one of the  Iranian ports to find trade rout to Afghanistan and central Asian countries. It shows that India has economical interest and including buying crude oil from Iran. Russia is also at war with Ukraine and in  bad books of western powers including America. India has very old military and economical relations with Russia.  India is supposed maintain good relation with Russia which is also not in good book of western countries. Besides that India has been buying cheap oil from Russia against the American sanction on Russia. Therefore America punished India by imposing heavy Terrif on import of Indian good in America. 

                                                   All these shows that India's foreign policy is now on long rope walk.   About 10 millions Indians are living in Gulf Countries and sending considerable remittances to India. The major part of oil is also coming through Gulf Countries.  In view of above if the present conflict continue for long time than India may face very difficult time  ahead.   It will become difficult to maintain India's neutrality for long time and it may result in rapturing  of foreign  relations with countries with conflicting interest. 

                                                 In short there are hard days ahead  for India if the precent Iranian conflict continues and expand further. However India is posing at present that every thing is alright but Iranian conflict may turn nightmare for it in time to come. Therefore India has to prepare it from now onwards to face the future crises  and fix its foreign policy accordingly.

                                                                         It is time for children who are suppose to play with Robotic Toys which can Teach , Play and Tell Stories.   Grown up children will have advanced version of AI  Videos and Games. Now Chat Boxes are available to most of the children which can substitute the private tutors which could be afforded by only rich parents. Children can listen songs and compose thereon through AI. Besides that they can read stories and even they can play star therein. But all these makes one lonely and alienated from their  friends who were fellow players outside.

                                                                        AI also help in learning which is not coming through their teachers.  It can also increase knowledge of literacy and language of children and sometime  save them from boring lectures in classes.

                                                                      The upgraded AI toys are some time give wrong answer or talk about  subject like sex which is undesirable  for children. Children can also cheat in their Home Work through AI or Tease each other with AI videos. It creates fix views on subject like  Love and Hate among young children  which is not desirable for future society.

                                                                    One sided relationship with Chat Bot also create some time Risk.  Teenager sometime finds AI Chatbot more easy to talk than friends and parents. It creates  children who are Not ready to  to be flexible, Unable to compromise, and Developing  attitude of not to give and take. Those all qualities are very much required  to developed good relationship. The most important challenge by AI is to preserve Socialization of children. It could effect their lives at school where most of the good time they spent playing. 

                                                                    However 'Tech Firms' are opinion that ' Chat GPT is only in three years old and stumbling blocks can be fixed'.  However  parent also should take care  before handing over their children to  Chat Bot. Besides that  there should be age restrictions on Chat Bot and which should be enforced effectively in the greater interest of next generation.

                                                                                               The 'Gen Z 'Violence and protest recently took place in Nepal, Bangladesh , and Sri Lanka while India appears to be going stable  and strong  in spite of several internal  problems. 

                                                                                         Nepalis are having unemployment problem and were facing  instable governments since long. In Bangladesh student revolution  overthrow Sheikh Hasina Government due to Quota Reservation System in government for descendent of war veterans. In Sri Lanka it was due to economic crisis which led to bankruptcy of the government. Even Pakistan is  depending upon IMF rescue efforts.

                                                                                           It is very strange that Large South Asian  Indian Economy is stable and faced the situation very firmly. Besides that it has also suffered on account of Heavy and Punitive Tariff  imposed by America for buying Russian crude oil.  Meanwhile India fought short shooting war with Pakistan. All these adverse factor has not much effected India. 

                                                                                        There is a positive side that India has foreign exchange reserve of 700 Billion Dollars which  is sufficient to sustain it for about one year. Its GDP Growth also stand to 6 to 8 percent per year which is very good sign for Economic Development.  India is also opening its market cautiously and  steadily which has increased its Economic Growth.

                                                                                           Indian banking sector is also reformed very well by cleaning bad loans.  It  has brought non performing assets of banks up to 3% now.  Besides IT outsourcing have now reach to 15% of GDP which has helped India not to depend upon much on foreign capital inflow.

                                                                                         Even oil prices were also down. The import of cheap Russian oil has saved the the 8 Billion Dollars foreign exchange. Besides that mandate of  mixing Ethanol in to petrol reduced the consumption petrol which has given Economical advantage to India. 

                                            This are the some of factors which have helped to make India more stable and enable to face economic crisis effectively.

                                                                              India has developed interest in  Artificial Intelligence as 98% of Indian office workers are using AI tool in comparison with 68% of user in America. Indian are taking AI as more useful than its liabilities.

                                                              American company' Open AI 'is selling its AI Tools ' Chat Bot' at low price in India. Similarly XAI which is company of Elon Musk is also selling its AI tool ' Grok 'at very low price in India than in  America. 'Perplexity' upcoming Indian  AI Company is giving free services to Mobile Operator 'Airtel'  which has 360 Million users in India. India's youth unemployment rate is at about 16%which is due to Automation and use of Artificial intelligence. It may further increase the unemployment rate. In this context the Tata consultancy High Tech firm has also considerably cut its staff strength.

                                                              India has also floated it own Artificial Intelligence model 'Sarvam' in order to become self reliant. AI can  help India to curtail fraud in its Digital Payment System. Besides that AI  can also help India to solve the shortage  of Teachers and Doctors. In short India can become superpower in AI through its uses in a different fields. It  can also become role model for other developing countries.

                                                               Sam Altman  CEO of 'Open AI'  has said 'India adoption of Artificial Intelligence has been unmatched anywhere in the world'. Therefore Open AI  intend to  open its office in India looking at its vast market.  'Google 'and Meta have also collaborated with Reliance industries Ltd in the field of AI.  'Microsoft 'have also decided to invest $3Billion in India for expanding its infrastructure in AI. 

                                                            All these developments indicate that India is leading to become a superpower in using the tools of  AI in different way.

                                                                                  India has to depend for computer Chips on America or China. However its relation with China is unpredictable on account of Border disputes and rivalry. While Tariff war has also effected its relation with America . Therefore India is struggling to become  self sufficient in High-Tech including Chipmaking. 

                             Indian government is also  promoting to put up Chipmaking project in India. It has offered 10 Billion Dollars incentive for the investors. This is because India  observed the short supply of Chips which is danger to Economical development and National Security.

                           Tata one of the leading companies of India is  putting up Eleven Billion Dollar project of Chipmaking in the special Industrial Zone at Dholera ,Gujarat State, India.  It has collaboration with one of the biggest Taiwanese Company.  Gujarat government wants to make it as Semiconductor City including Supplier Units thereon. It will also help local manufacturers like' Apple' which manufacture 1/5 of its iPhone in India. Meanwhile  government expect some other semiconductor projects may come up in the area. It is also expected that Semiconductor sale will also go up to One Trillion Dollar by 2030.

                                  Besides that India has vast Chip Designing intellectual power as thousands of young Engineers are coming out from Indian Technical Institutes.  125000 Indians are already working with big International Chip designing firms and research units at city like Bangalore in India. This is about 1/5of the Chip Designing staff of the world.  Hence India has enough technical hands to handle Chipmaking  Projects. 

                  This is a good beginning for Chipmaking Semiconductor  Industries.

                                                   It is not a financial manipulation but behind it lies his imagination to fulfill his ambition. He want to create data center in the space which has vast field to serve the need of Artificial Intelligence. The solar and other energy any in space will be cheaper to run those data centers that is what he believe.  He has already flourished his Rocket MFG. companies by providing  economical launching  facilities for satellites. There are 4000 satellites in  the space which were launch through SpaceX. 

                                                  He has focused on self driving Taxes and Humanoid Robot in the world to bring vast  changes in the world.  It is said that imagination and ambition has no limit. in that context he want create factories on moon and. big cities on the marsh. he seems to believe that  thereis nothing impossible if  sincere, and scientific approach is made in such matter.

                                         It is  reported that CHATGPT is helping users who are working in different fields.  The 28%  User are given guidance in the fields of Teaching, How to advice, Healthcare and in field of Creative Ideas. The another 28% are  using it for Edit, Personal Writing, Communication and Translation. While 21% are using it for Specific Information and Purchases. 8% are using 'CHATGPT'for Technical Purposes including Computer Programing and Mathematical Calculations. 6% are using it for Multimedia, 4% for Self Expression and 5% people are using it for Miscellaneous purposes.  This show that Artificial Intelligence is being used for positive purposes which benefits people all over world.

He has also made 'You Tube' most important media instrument in the field of Music, Sport and free contents. That has lead to' You Tube' is being logged by 2 billon people of world every day.

                                All these steps have increased the popularity of 'You Tube' so much that it   generated $36 Billion advertisements revenue in the year 2024 and $14 Billion income from subscriptions. This is because  its CEO Neal Mohan is  very much approachable and good natured skilled executive.  

                              The endless free contents on 'You Tube' has achieved higher market share of 12.9% in comparison of other medias like Disney, Fox and Netflix respectively. Free and creative contents on  'You Tube 'have cost it legally 100 Million Dollars. However in the comparison of gain received by company it is worth loosing.  It is Neal Mohan who is  encouraging the rising Artist, Athletes, Sportsmen and including free contents which is getting tremendous response from the viewers.

Karma

                                                                                 Karma is other words mean action. Action may be good or bad it depends upon the person concerned. Karma and Action  is related to the scientific principle that is action is equal and opposite. Hence the result of good action will be good but for bad action it will be bad and one has to face at any time anywhere in life.

                       Somebody hits you then eventually he will have to face the result of his action. Therefore it is no use of wasting time on revenge. In short taking revenge is a waste of energy. One has to have patience to wait for time when it turn against the bad action. It is observed that birds always eat ants but when birds dies then same ants eat away birds. This shows it is question of time when the situation changes. Hence time become more powerful then mighty.

                     Karma gives  what you deserve and it never lose the address. Besides that karma has no deadline for it and one can get result of his action  at anytime and any where. But one has to go through worst before one get best. It is simple principle of karma that what goes around ultimately comes around. Therefore how people behave with you is their karma but how you react is yours. You give your best and best will come to you.

                   Always keep calm and keep patience and let karma finish it task. Let hater hate and let karma handle its result. In view of above karma only teaches be grateful. Check your motives and  control your attitudes. Forget and Forgive has to be right stands to be taken in life. China and Taiwan

                                                China is basically expanding country which has disputes of boundaries around all the countries who have border with it. It also includes Russia also which is consider to be its best aligned countries in world power conflict.  China has also claimed over Taiwan as its integrate part.

                                             Taiwan is facing Chines invasion at any time as Chines Navy  has encircled it. Chines air force crossing the Taiwanese airspace every now and then and keeping surveillance over it.  Therefore America is keeping close eyes on chines movements in south China Sea.  Japanese Prime minister has said that they will support Taiwan if China try to attack. This has also created lots of controversies in the matter.  However  one thing is certain that Chines and Taiwanese conflict is the burning issue in the world.

                                        Chines and Taiwanese conflict has to be viewed the kidnapping Venezuela President Madura by American forces. China was one one of the best friend of Venezuela who was supplying arms and ammunitions.  Venezuela was selling its oil to China in spite of American sanctions. China has also heavy investment in Venezuela. However Chines arms and help could not protect Venezuela against the attack of America. This proves that American arm technology is far superior than Chines.

                                   China only protested the attack on the sovereignty of one Venezuela and  did not retaliated in any form. It reflects the weakness  of China. In this context we have to view the conflict between China and Taiwan.

                                   America is  behind the Taiwan then  the chines attack on Taiwan is being this time  far away.  It clearly indicated that that China cannot effort to face America at present. That is why Taiwan is supposed to be safe for time being.

Guyana

                                                Guyana  is South American country near  Venezuela which is very much in news  now on account of kidnapping its president by America on drug dealing charges. Venezuela has also dispute with Guyana regarding off shore drilling of oil from sea. 

                                                  Guyana has  economy with gross domestic product of 28.84 Billion Dollars. It is said that Guyana has fastest growing economy. Guyana has population of 8 Lakhs of which 40% are people with Indian origin. the Indian laborers were brought  here between 1838 t0 1917 to work in Sugar Plantation during British colonial period. The most of the laborer's were from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, and Zarkhand from India. Therefore Hindustani is one of the spoken language of Guyana.  The Indian culture is still reflected in the Guyana.  Georgetown is the capital of Guyana where one can find British Architecture.

                                              Guyana has also rain forest wherein one can find wild life therein. The present president comes from Indo Guyanese parent who is driving the country in all over development.  The president Irfan Ali has invested lots of funds in Schools,  Roads and Hospitals.  This is all possible because of off shore oil drilling income of 7.6 Billion Dollar.  Irfan Ali is very progressive ruler who want to see that economy of Guyana does not depend on oil in next five years. 

                                            President has become popular in Guyana on account of his development program but he has a difficult diplomatic task to maintain cordial and good relation with Venezuela which is challenging the right of Guyana to drill off shore oil from sea.

China has produced  electric vehicles with batteries capable to 650 miles in single charge. while American electric vehicles produce by Tesla batteries are capable of running about 402 Miles. Besides that China has produced electric race car with fastest speed of 194 miles per hours.  China has slogan that' Innovation  Creates Value' China has electric vehicles brand like' Aion, BYD, Clever , Maxus, Neta  and Onvo etc. In the year 2024 China Exported 4.9 million car abroad.  China has Surpassed the Tesla's  EV car.

                                                    China is trying to go ahead with AI, Quantum Computing and in Robotic Engineering.  America is also in race with China in  above sectors. China is also buying foreign technical firm in order to acquire their technology. Some time various Countries get finances from China for their development but in return they are buying the Chines goods. This is very clever trade move by China.

                                                      Besides that China has also taken turn in the spheres of autonomous  vehicle technology and research in  New Drugs. America is also very much involved in those sectors.

                                                       Why China can compit in world Race?  It is because it  admits successful  foreign firms in China with local partner so that they can learn their success stories and adopt in their own benefits.
