Democratic Republic of Congo

                                                          Sometime Natural wealth of the country become liability then assets. It is true in case of Congo a African  country which is is having valuable minerals like Gold , Diamond and other Industrial Minerals.

                                             After Independence of Congo it has been battle ground of Civil War and Wasted interest. The internal conflict has been very violent and bloodiest.  The more than 8 Million Congolese have so far fled due to Civil War. It is reported that M23 Rebel Group which control North and South kivu is backed by border country Rwanda. It is a politics of large mineral wealth. Even support of Rwanda  to M23 rebel group  is also based on mineral wealth of Congo.  America has been also trying to bring peace in disturbed Congo to have its hold over its Mineral Wealth. More than 100 other groups are also operating in the Region but M23 is the strongest. This shows that  the Regional mineral wealth is the root cause of all these conflict.

                                                           However the conflicts  have Ruin the  Mineral rich country like Congo and its development is at standstill. It is unfortunate that people of Congo are suffering as other countries are creating  or supporting conflicts and friction  to get hold over its     Natural Wealth. The Mineral wealth has become the hurdle in the development of Congo.
