                                                                                                                                                           There are several major religions like  Hindu, Muslim,Buddhist, Christian, Jain Sikhs etc. The different Religions shows different ways and means to reach ' God'. However several religious war were fought to show that our ways are the best.  The common among the all religions is the' Faith' in the belief.
                          There are Good and  Fanatics / Bad elements in the all religions but Each religion teaches How to become Good  and Useful Persons in the society. But How? i.e. as Below

- Each Religion represents Once inner Conscious
-It builds up people Character
-It also Encourages to develop Good Qualities in Human being
-It teaches the Rule of Law
-It builds up Discipline in the people
-It also makes one Duty bound
-It makes one Spiritual to pass the Journey from Birth to Death.
-It shows the Right path
-It also caution against  the wrong path

Independence Day

                                                                                                                                  The independence day is very important  for all countries  of the world. However it depends upon the country and it  patriotism. There is always history behind the independence of each country. You can not achieve independence without sacrifice of  the freedom fighters.
                                                India and America both become independent from the colonial rules of England and thousands of freedom fighters fought for the Independence. It was not easy task to get freedom. It was solely due to sacrifices of so many.
                                                 Indian independent war started from the revolt of 1858 and it ended with independence on 15 Th August 1947. However in the process lakhs of freedom fighters sacrificed their wealth, family and lives. It was Mahatma Gandhi who intensified the freedom struggle of India. It was a non violence struggle without much loss of people in the process. However some of the revolutionaries even died in the struggle.  It is said that value of our freedom  is not being much appreciated due to easy gain of  independence in peaceful manner.  We are independent but without knowing the value of it.  Hence there is a lack of nationalism, patriotism, and feeling of duties toward the nation. Ghandhiji said that we have achieved independence but not 'Surajya' i.e How to rightly govern ourselves. Besides that our prime minister Narendra Modi said once that we do not have respect for our good things but we always consider  outside things are more superior i.e. Because of our slavish mentality. Therefore much more is required to be done  to develop independence by mind and in our action.

                                                      The fourth of July was a Independence Day of  'USA' when it became independent from England. The declaration of Independence was signed on that day. America has a history of about 150 years but  has become well developed super power with spirit of nationalism, and patriotism.  It has also developed the spirit of protecting the freedom at any cost. The america has shown that it can chase the  people and destroy them if they play with their freedom. The people of America still remembers the sacrifice made by its freedom fighters and also who made sacrifice to protect the freedom. You will find the war Memorials  for the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of America. Even the freedom of America was also not achieved without the sacrifices of its Freedom Fighters and the Soldiers Revolutionary Army.  The  56 men who signed declaration of independence  of America also suffered  severely .  The out of 56 members the 24 were captured and jailed, the 12 members houses were ransacked and destroyed, the 5 members were arrested and tortured  until death, the 9 fought and died in Revolutionary War, the 4 members sons died in Revolutionary War and the 2 Wealthy members died and lost everything in the Revolutionary War., This is only to show the price of freedom. However American history shows that sacrificed made by freedom fighters are not gone in vain'
                                                      The Indian people has to still show that the sacrificed of Indian freedom fighters has not gone in vain by developing the patriotism and readiness to sacrifice every thing for the hard earned freedom. India has to come out of Slavish Mentality, Cast, Creed,and Religions in order  to prove that they are worthy of freedom.

NAMIBIA- A COUNTRY IN SOUTH WEST OF AFRICA
                                                                                                        It is said that the future of world lies in the Africa as that dark continent  have still vast natural resources.  The some of those resources  are  untapped and unexploited. This is because  of ineffective local administrations and infighting going on among various Tribes, Cast and Religions.
                                                                                                    However one thing is to be noted that China is the only country who is looking after those resources in very speedy manner and that too on the name of giving them help. Then the question arises that why India is lacking in taking very aggressive initiative regarding those African countries?

                                                                                                   Namibia is one of the countries wherein there are lots of Minerals Resources  like Diamond,Zinc,Lead, Tin, Silver, Tungsten, Copper and Uranium.
Besides it have industries like Meat packing, Fish Processing, Dairy Products, Pasta and Beverages. Even India can also take advantage of all those Industries, and Mineral Resources in order to increase its Trade. There are very few Indian Companies are there but they are  negligible in comparison with Chines  Companies. India can also increase the Export of Drugs, Aggro Chemicals, Glassware, Machine Tools, Transport Equipments, Rubber made Products and Electronic Goods. There are also potentialities of establishing Joint Projects.

                                                         
                                                                                                 This is a way India can develop  Major Trade with the African Countries . It is path for creating prosperous future for India. But there should be suitable aggressive strategy for increasing the trade with mineral rich  countries of Africa.

My Father a Role Model- My Tribute On Father's Day i.e. June 15 Th 2014
                                                                                             
My father Chhotubhai  R Desai (Known as C R  Desai) was eminent Engineer from The Poona Engineering College. He started his career in the Public Work Department of Bombay Presidency.
                   He worked at many places  during his career in different positions.He was City Engineer of Ahmadabad during the forty  under the guidance of Sardar and Bhaikaka. The Gandhi and Sardar Bridges of ahemdabad were constructed during his tenure including fixing the City development plan then. He also worked as Engineer in the construction of Sakkar Barrage at Sindh along with Bhaikaka.
                                                          He joined as a Assistant Housing Commissioner of Bombay State after independence and subsequently became Housing Commissioner of Bombay State. He has created many  Housing colonies in Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Baroda, Rajkot, Hubli including big Cities of the State then. He also created colonies for middle and lower middle classes including for Journalist. He also built up the colonies for refugees at Ulas Nagar at the time of Partition. His unique achievement was to acquire large  lands at very negligible rate through private negotiations for the Government Housing. It is being still used those land  in the  public interest. He was also member of the Bombay Development Authority which submitted its report under the chairmanship of Mr Burve. It recommended that Bandra/ Kurla Creek may be filled up in order to reduce the pressure on South Bombay. It was also recommended that Bombay University,Bombay Government Secretariat and Residential Bungalows of Ministers may be shifted to those developed Areas. It has become reality that said area has developed in posh area including Kala Nagar, Bombay University Campus, Kalina etc.He also took up the task of filling up Juhu/Vele Parla scheme which was successfully Executed.It has become very posh area wherein all rich and celebrities are now staying. This shows that he was one of the creative Engineer of his time.He retired as Chief Engineer from the Maharashtra Housing Board.
                                                    He was a man of character and with high values in life. He was never tempted by any  material attraction. The motto of his life was to perform his duty efficiently.  However  some of the conclusions of his life has always inspired me.

-One must be honest in every sense.
-One must have a will to achieve his goal successfully.
-One should never be afraid of taking responsibility.
- One cannot achieve anything without sacrifice. Therefore one should be ready for the same
- He believed that success is made of sterner stuff.
-The  friend in need is friend indeed. Therefore he always stood by his friend in need.
-Everything has to be put in writing with caution to form the valid record.
-The honesty is not sufficient but one must be always away from dishonest elements.
- One must perform his duty honestly and efficiently

                                         In view of above my father is a role model for me.

The Newly formed Indian Government- Under Narendra Modi
                                                                                                  The newly formed Indian government is facing adverse situation politically and financially.  The inflation is increasing. The  delayed and adverse monsoon  will  further increase the difficulties in controlling high inflation. Besides that the Iraq crisis is appears to be creating petroleum products more costly up to rupees 20000/-crores which will encourage the inflammatory trends in inflation.
                                                                                      In view of above the government will  be very much hard pressed. It will compel the government to take hard decisions in the financial matter. The people have a very high expectation from the Narendra Modi  without realizing the ground realities. The people must also realize that 'The talk by politicians during election are not always practical and logical and to handle the same while in the government is very hard from them. The same difficulties may be faced by the Modi government accordingly.
                                                                                     However government cannot escape from the hard  decisions which brings relief to the people in the long term. The Railway has already increase the fare by 14.2 % accordingly. The government will also have to rationalize the fuel,  food and fertilizer subsidies. The governmental spending will have to be curtailed  highhandedly. The support prices for the crops have to be increased gradually and slowly. The food security bill has to be rationalized so that only deserving  section of the society can only gets it benefits. The  amendment has to be brought in the Land Bill in order that 'It speed up the industrialization'. The employment can be only increased by rapid implementations of industrial projects. It also demands lebour reforms in order to smoothly run the industries.
                                                                                 Besides that tax relief has to be provided to the needy class of society and high income tax rate has to be fixed for rich and corporate sectors. In short the fiscal consolidation is the need of the hour.
                                                                       However  Narendra Modi has understood the situation in the right perceptive. He has already reorganized the several departments which are inter related. It will increase the efficiency of the government.  He has advised  his ministers not to appoint any of their relatives as their aides in order to avoid nepotism and corruption in the government. He has also given guide lines and time limits to the ministers and the top civil servant for implementing projects relating to their ministries. The top civil officers are also given permission to contact him directly in case of need. The ministers are suppose take prior approval of 'PMO' before going abroad and has to report 'PMO' within the specific limits how much purpose is served  out of their foreign tour. This will considerably save the government expenditure. He has advised ministers to implement the specific project in given time with warning that other people are  waiting in Que for the same job. He has also formed the ministrail committee for controlling the inflation as he knows that inflation control and the employment are the demands of the young voters who has given him very strong mandate. We have to watch the performance of the government at least for six month. We hope for the best as Narendra Modi has shown his will to tackle the important issues efficiently.

Mother's Day- Tribute to my Mother
                                                                                                                                                                  It is a fashion to propagated that women should be empowered and they should be educated for the same. However my mother reminds me that she was full of energy and very active. She was not much educated but she was empowered within.  We had very big big family with several brothers and sisters but she she knew qualities and liabilities of each one us. She  use to handle us accordingly. Besides that she use to love us equally and use to give equal attentions to our educations and developments. Therefore we all brothers sisters are well educated and well qualified.
                                                                She never spent much on her self  but use to see that our all requirements are met and all  aspirations are fulfilled.  We had our own joy and setback in our lives but she shared all those thing with us and stood firmly behind us in time of need. Our father was little bit strict regarding discipline, and  teaching the value of money in life. He was of opinion that one should make his own balance life with good career i.e. Spending his own earn money for his pleasure. But our mother was of opinion that child can enjoy only in his childhood  as those are the care free days. That pleasure cannot be compared with spending of once own money with all duties and responsibilities in life. Therefore she was lenient in giving us reasonable amount  of money to spend for our Hobbies and Liking. However it is also fact that we always felt in our lives that we have not missed much pleasure in our childhood. In short we are satisfied that we had the best of the things in  our childhood. Besides that we are never impressed now with any sort of glamour and pleasures in India or Abroad.
                                                             We also learnt from her regarding how to keep the best of public relation in the Society. Her message clear that you should be always helpful to one  in need. That was her base for excellent public relationship. She use to rush always in the bad and good social events  to give all helps. She never cared if some one does not reciprocate. However it was surprising for us that how she use to manage most sophisticated  crowd and gathering. That too without much education. It has convinced me that there is a inherent power in the women who does not required any empowerment.  However those Energies are supposed to be properly channelized and that too without suppression.
                                                            The love of mother reflects every time you get hurt and you shout 'Oh Mom'. It also reflects when you are in trouble. Then it reminds you of her suffering  which teaches you the way of facing difficulties in life.  It is true that mother always prays for the welfare of her children. some people say that one should take the name of God at the time of death. However mother also stand equal to God.
                                                            I miss my mother's  love, affection, more and more with passing of time. It may be due to her love and affection still around me in the form of air vibrations.

Aamchi Mumbai
                                                                                                                                                               The above slogan was started with the "Sayukta Maharashtra " movement in the 1950. The name of  'Bombay' was changed to Mumbai  in the year 1995. The Mumbai is the wealthiest city in India and also the financial capital. Besides that it is a cosmopolitan city. The development in Mumbai is mostly done by outsider and including by Gujaratis. It is propagated that Maharashtra's people are loosing jobs because of migrants like South and North Indians. It has also created envy in the eyes of maharashtrian people that Gujarati people are very wealthy and they are dominating over social, financial, and political life of Mumbai. These all feelings has been the source of communal tension in the the Mumbai.
                                    In the the 50 even the Indian Parliament and Congress Party was not in fevour of giving then Bombay to Maharashtra. The " Bombay Citizen Committee " also advocated for the independent states of "Bombay" in view of its Cosmopolitan Nature.
                                    However their appears to be following are few main reasons for giving Mumbai to Maharashtra
1) The Maharashtra will not be Financially viable State without the  support of Mumbai.
2) There was a strong and emotional attachment of maharashtrian  people with the city of Mumbai for which more than 100 young men sacrificed their lives.
3)The public opinion of Maharashtrian people were so strong that even Nehru though that the state will slip away forever from the hands of congress if Mumbai is not given to Maharashtra. The Maharashtrian people are still grateful to Nehru Dynasty.

                                     It is no doubt that Mumbai is a Capital of Maharashtra but its prosperity is mainly contributed by outsiders i.e. Tata, Reliance, Godrej, Mafatlal, etc. The 'Shiv Sena' which was formed in the the year 1966  for causes of 'Maratha Maanoos'. Shivaji Maharaj was made inspirational symbol for the movement.  Shivaji Maharaj is very much Indian Hero then  Maharashtrian. His army fought against Mogul for Indian people. He was Cosmopolitan by nature having even Muslim General in his Army.  It may be that some of the Maharashtrian leaders may be exploiting the name of Shivaji Maharaj  to serve their own wasted interest. The historical facts points out that even Shivaji's ancestors came from the family of Mevaad Rajput Rana, Rajasthan. i.e.Than he also appears to be from outside Maharashtra. This all shows that Shivaji was National Hero.
                                     It is recently reported in the  'Samana', Shivsena Newspaper  that" Gujaratis though live in Maharashtra but does not participate in the Maharashtra Day Celebration. They are happy with their business and nothing to do with politics. They have come to gather to  support Narendra Modi for the Prime Minister position." It appears that Nitesh Rane the Son of Narayan Rane, a Congress Minister may start campaign to Protect Social,Cultural,Political interest of 'Maratha Maanoos' if Narendra Modi become the Prime Minster of India.
                                        These are all at what cost? It will be at the cost of unity of India, and at the cost of the Cosmopolitan nature of Mumbai.
