                                                                            It is said that' The idle mind is devil's workshop.  Therefore wants of activities  is a waste of  time and makes one useless. The positive  activities in any form can makes one busy.  However if the activities are productive than it gives more strength.
                                                                             Some people have a habit of worrying too much which becomes the root cause of unhappiness. Besides that no one has control over the worries which are generally imaginary.  Hence by doing positive activities one can get rid of worries.
                                                                            The frictions or failures in life are  keys of success. The diamond has to be polished  through friction  and  gold cannot be purified without fire. Therefore good people goes through trail with bad and hard  experiences in their  lives. However it makes them better not bitter.  The every bad experience in their lives becomes hard teacher.
                                                                            Sometime one does not know where one is heading because of severe problems. But if one try to look inside  conscious then it will  show the way out.
                                                                           The fear of failure is within only. It is a fear only which breeds the inaction and that ultimately brings all problems and unhappiness.  The fear has to be  conquered by doing positive activities. Therefore the positive and creating activities will give satisfaction and happiness in the life.

Health Problems
                                                                                        Some time people get tired or fatigue because of so many reasons.  It may be because of  health conditions or lack of sufficient sleep of 7 to 8 hours. However sleep is the most important factor in the matter.
                                 The  Physical  weakness or mental problems leads to tiredness. The physical problems are due to deceases like Asthma, Heart, Acidity, Indigestion and the pain due to Inflammation. All those physical problems makes a person  weak and tried.
                                  The Mental  problems is  the another factor which makes a person tired. The mental tiredness is due to stress, strain, worries and strain relationship.
                                 The last factor which adversely makes effect on health is bad Habits. Some people  work late might.

                                 However the tiredness makes adverse effect on body. Its lead to Muscular pain, Depression, Daytime sleep, Difficulties  in concentration, Headache, Irritation, Stomach pain and Vision problem.

                                  All above problems can be  reduced considerably by regular physical exercise, walking for 30 minutes a day, and doing Yoga.   In short one can come out of tiredness and makes oneself full of energy by implementing the measures suggested above.

Leadership and Its Success

                                                                    The Leadership comes through Democratic process or through Revolution which sometime turns out to be Autocratic. However in all the cases the qualities of leadership is required for success.   Sir Winston  Churchill was a great democratic leader who led England to victory in  a very difficult time while there are leader like Adolf Hitler and Maotse Tung who lead their countries in dictatorial ways.  However one can finds some qualities behind them for their success.

                                                The successful leader is  direct, clear and firm in his Communications.  He is honest in his actions. Besides that he is ready to take more share in blame and less in credit. He has open mind and who understand their followers very well.  Good leader does not promote him self but stands as a problem solver. He has a vision and can see the things whatever invisible to others. He does not ask  but earn the respect of followers. The successful leader is always positive in the the difficult time and become a role model for his followers. Leader should not be afraid of the success achieved by their subordinates.  In short a Good Leader always delegate and distribute the work among subordinates and  stand behind them as a problem solver. 

                            These are the qualities which create successful leadership.

Indian Economy and Democracy
                                                                                            Indian Economy is going through recession. The inflation has  gone up to 7.35% which is highest in the last five years.  'GDP' has gone down  up to 5%which is also lowest in last five years. The Manufacturing activities have gone down and unemployment have gone up. The consequently export is also going down. The only good news among all above economic sickness are that Foreign Reserve is going up.  The Government has now accepted that present  recession in India  is a world phenomena and necessary steps are being  taken to come out of it. However people have started feeling pinch of it and their dissatisfaction is  being reflected in one or other form.

                                                                    The political front is getting hot on the issue of  'CAA' (Citizenship Amendment Act) and NRC(National Registration of Citizenship). There are agitations pro and anti against those Laws. However some of the anti Law agitations have turn out to be violent.  Some of the  opposition parties are also using those agitations against government to set their political agenda. They are doing it on the name of Minority community or on the name of Constitution. In short  the law which are passed by parliament are being questioned on the name of discrimination of Minority. In the process the the democracy is also under trial.
                                                                     In the view of above Indian democracy and economy  are both under crisis. The protest is the part of democracy but violence thereon  is the danger for the same.

 Citizenship Amendment Act- 2019
                                                                         It has become controversial in India because Muslims are being kept out  of its preview. It is meant to give Citizenship to the refugees who came from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. They are  refugees who came to India long back and who suffered badly on account of they are being Hindu, sheikh, Jain, and Buddhist in those  countries. There is also cut off date for getting citizenship for those refugees. It appears that majority of them are from Dalit or Poor class who remained in Pakistan during partition and suffered heavily thereon.
                                                                      The opposition party has taken the act as Anti Constitutional because Muslims are being omitted from it and they are discriminated. while Indian government of view that Muslim have other options available.
                                                                    Besides that it is a  act which is approved by both the houses of parliament and already approved by president. In short it has become the law  of the land. The said law is also challenged by few  citizens in the Supreme Court  which is pending for  hearing.
                                                                  Meanwhile opposition party has taken up the matter through agitation which had been violent in some places. Some people have  also propagated that  the said act is Anti Muslim . However delicate question has arised out of it.  How the law of the land can be challenged  in the streets with violent Agitation. The right course is to challenge it through peaceful agitation or in the court of law. Besides that Indian constitution is  federal but unitary in  Nature.  Some of the states have refused to accept the said law which is required to be examine on the constitutional point of view.
                                                                All these have created complicated situation which is the test for Indian Constitution.  Such situations are bound to arise in Democratic Country but some restrain lines drawn in the constitution  are to be observed by concerned parties. The constitution of India is more important then Individuals and Parties.

European Union
                                                                                        Europe which was once dominating over the world through their Colonialism is on declining side. It was  once said ' The Sun never set in the British Empire' but it appears that it is on the verge of setting for Europe.  France, Dutch, Portugal, Spain and other European countries prospered through sucking the natural resources of their colonies. Besides that the European industrial revolution also helped them to create a wealth in Europe at the cost of their colonies. The same Europe started feeling pinch of the freedom  movements in their colonies.  Consequently they lost the control over trade of the world.
                                Thereafter European countries started thinking protecting their trade interest by creating European Union which became  very strong trade based unions. However in the process the some of the members of the union started feeling that they are loosing their identity. Besides that strong members of union like Germany, France, Italy ,and England also tried to dominate over other members.

                                   England ultimately decided to get out of European Union in order to protect their Trade interest and Identity.  The public opinion of England is divided and they were in dilemma. i.e. How to get out of European Union with least damage.  The recent election result shows that' English people are now reconciled to exit from European Union.

                                   There is a difference opinion among members of European Union over immigrants from Middle East and Other Countries. The East European countries are not willing to admit immigrants to their countries.  The terrorism  is the major problem in Europe and there is  lots of heart burning  thereon.
                                   Europe is depending on fuel supplied from Russia and they want to develop close relation with Russia. While East European countries are opposing the said idea because they had very bad experience with Russia.

                                    The American President Donald  Trump has also added fuel to fire telling that Europe should contribute more funds in running the 'NATO' and UNO which were formed at the end of the World War. It  appears America which is  one of the strongest allies of European Union is differing with it on many issues.  All these things have change the circumstances and political relationship with USA.
                                    In view of above the European Union is very much in stress and strain. The exit of England will  create more pressure on the European Union. All these developments shows that Europe is loosing its political luster and some of the countries of Asia i.e.  China , Japan, South Korea, India and Indonesia will have a better  development future in time to come. All these development is encouraging for the creation  of '  North and South East Asia Union'.
                                   The time always change its course and this is one of the living example.
