Spiritualism
                                                                                                What is spiritualism?  The spiritualism is a specific attitude towards life which is develop out of deep faith in God.  Spiritual person become positive and always think in right perspective.  One also become little bit aloof from all happening around him and start thinking that' whatever happen is for good'. In short one  become  more flexible to surrounding, situation and circumstances.

                                                                                               One of the writer writes about such  people-
'One  who loves  God  is immune of illusion
And  become fearless of  even forthcoming death.
He even overcomes all surrounding attraction and relations
His only goal is to  seek  the truth in this world.
One who---
He becomes immune of  jealousy and ego
The vindictiveness is not in his nature
He is seeking  peace and pleasure within
that is time when one turn out to be spiritual
One who---
These are the  signals of becoming spiritual
That is how one become pure, good and not  harmful.

                                                                                          However spiritual people will have to encounter with right type of people who can teach, and help to improve the situation.  Spiritual people  believes that'  whatever  happened  is the only thing that could have happened' In short learn lesson from it  in order to move forward in life.  The every situation in life is perfect even when it conflict with reasoning and ego.

                                                                                       Another understanding of spiritual people are that' Everything begins in right time and be ready for it. Therefore remain ready for something new in life. Whatever is over is over'  It is better to go forward. They believes that past experiences only further enrich once experiences.
                                                                                       Hence spiritualism is very deep subject  which you can not  described in one place. However who have achieved the spiritualism in true sense they always live in peace and with internal pleasure.

Biking
                                                                                                    Biking is the most economical mode of transport in the world. It does not requires fuel, parking,  insurance, repair shop and  washer.  Besides that Biking is a good exercise to keep one body fit. Therefore Biking has become very popular among young generation.
                                                              There are few cities in the world wherein there are more Bikes then other mode of transportation. One of the the American universities i.e. UC Davis is known as Bike city of the world  as there are more Bikes are used then other mode of transportation. It has become the most popular transportation mode by the young people who use it to remain physically and mentally fit.

                                                               It is estimated that about 9 million Bikes are being used in over 190 cities in the world. Bikes  are the most popular in china and every couple need Bike as soon as they get marry. One among  three requires Bicycle in China. One will be surprise to know that in New York, Paris, and London there are 10000, 21000, and 16500 Bikes receptively. The 100 cities in USA  tried to mobilize  Bike  by 2018.

                                                               The Japan is one of the countries who  is very much innovative in  mobilizing Bike  for day today work. They have manufactured portable and folding Bike which  can be carried in hand if necessarily.  The former president George H W Bush use to Bike around the city of Beijing along with his wife when he was  American Envoy  to China in the Seventy.

Mount Kailas And Mansarover
                                                        Mount Kailas and Mansarover are situated in the  Tibet. The height of Kailas is 22028 feet high with the Parikramaa of 48 kilometers. It is the biggest source of water from where four major Rivers Indus, Brahmaputra , Sutlej and Karnali are  originated.
                                                        The big lake Mansarover near Mount Kailas is at the height 15060 feets with circumference of  88 kilometers. Its maximum depth is  300 feets. It is spreaded in  in the area of 320 kilometers.

                                                        One can reach Kailas from six routs from India i.e.Through
 Ladakh, Gangotri, Badrinath, Jyotimath, Almora and Nepal.
                                                        One of the Russian Doctors Earnest Mulkasike had  claimed that 'Kailas is men made Pyramids and it is surrounded  by other small Pyramids. it has roots with pyramids of Giza and mexico.
                                                         Kailas is a very pious place for three Religions of the World. Hindu believes that Lord Shiva lives on Kailas. While Buddhist also believes that  Buddha also lives thereon. Jain believes that it is a  last resting place of their first Tirthanker Rushabhdev. Chines government has prohibited the climbing of Mount Kailas in view of its religious importance.

                                                         It is said that whoever tried to climb Kailas were killed or in process of climbing at some point suddenly they felt sign of oldness with lots of weakness.
                                                         There are lots of exceptional spiritual power are generated around Kailas through which Saints are communicating with their Gurus. The  famous Russian Painter  Nicolas Rerimane said that 'There is a city named' Kyanaam' around Kailas wherein all Saints, Sadhus,  Monks, Tapasvi and Sidhdh people Stays. Some people have heard strange type of murmuring sound  from within Mount Kailas at the Night time.  Therefore it is believed that Kailas is the center of all spiritual activities in this world and of  outer world.It has also deep relation with the creation of this world.
