Nationalism and Treason
                                                                                                                                                              The Indian constitution gives right of expression but there is a very thin line between right of expression and Treason. It appears that law for treason has to be made  more specific and crystal clear. It should not amount the genuine criticism of the governmental actions and policies as Treason. Besides that the right of expression should not be exploited for damaging the nation.
                                                   The constitution has provided certain  measures which give reservation to the downtrodden people including backward communities. It can not be changed without amending the constitution that too with 2 third majority in parliament. Besides that new reservations for some more communities cannot be added without process vice versa. Hence to demand the further right of reservation on the basis of cast should be non violent and not be at the cost of law and order.

                                                    The two things are emerging from the present situation that no body can take law in his hand to brake the country and its law and order system. Besides that it shows that the law has all tools to to handle Anti Social Elements. It does not mean that people cannot fight for their right but it means that all agitation should be peaceful and within the frame work of Indian constitution. Every agitating leadership has to create very powerful public opinion for their issues. The few people for their narrow ambition can not destroy the peace of society.

                                                        It requires deep thinking and further measures to strengthen Nationalism in the Country. That will only reduce such instances

Donald Trump
 

                                                                                                                                                           The clear picture is emerging regarding the American Presidential candidates for the forthcoming American Presidential election of November 2016. Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton may be Presidential candidates of Republican and Democratic Parties respectively.
                                                                                  However Donald Trump is the most controversial among  people and also in his party. He has made several controversial statements to the effect that 'Muslim should not be allowed to enter America until they are properly screened and action taken thereon. He is also of view that Mexican illegal immigrants are criminal and all illegal Mexican should be deported. Besides that he wants to built wall across the Mexican/American Border in order to stop further Illegal Immigrants. He is also not happy with the HBI Visa as it brings cheap labor from abroad which takes away the jobs of local qualified Americans. In short some time he attacks Women, Minorities and Illegal Immigrants. He also said recently that Bollywood Actor like Anil Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra and Depeeka  are taking away the acting jobs from Hollywood Actors which he will try to stop it. It is because some of the Hollywood actors have complained about the same. It is to be noted that his main rival from Democratic Party is Hillary Clinton. It may be that  some of the White conservative voters may like his outburst but in process  Republican Party may lose some of the votes of  Women. Minorities and Immigrants. It is not the views of Trump which worries Republican Party but it can not afford to lose the votes of  Minorities and Women etc. It is said that if Trump is selected as Republican Presidential candidate then Hillary Clinton will be the natural beneficiary of the same.
                                                                                The loud protests are coming against the certain statements of Donald Trump from within his party. The Bobby Jindal a Republican has loudly protested against the candidature of Donald Trump. He said  it will be dangerous for the Republican Party to selects Donald Trump as Presidential Candidate. Even South Carolina Republican Governor Nikki Helly has  also protested against the some of the statements of Donald Trump.
                                                                               The Present American President Barrack Obama has protested against  the Uncultured and Divisive Speeches of Donald Trump.' UK Research Group' have also said that' It will be Danger for the World if Donald Trump is elected as the President of the America.
                                                                               However with all those protest Donald Trump is still leading among all Republican Candidates and he has stated that ' There will be riots if  I am not nominated as a presidential candidate of Republican Party. Let us watch very  exciting race for the American President for November 2016.

Indian Public Sector Banks and Indian politics

                                                                                                                                                          Indian public sector banks are in very bad shape due to its Non performing Assets amounting to Rs 40528 Crores. The public sectors banks shares and reputation have gone down because of the above factors. The  King Fisher Airlines ' NPA' of Rs 9000 Crores have added fuels to the fire. The present bad conditions of the banks are due to the politicization of the banks by politicians thereon.
                                                                               Mahatma Gandhi said that 'If the instrument used for anything is not good  than it will bring bad consequences'. The banks were nationalized in the year 1969 for political reasons by Indira Gandhi . Indira Gandhi wanted to show that she is leftist and want to help poor to get bank credits. It was a political move to crush her political opponents without knowing the consequences of her action. Her then Dy Prime Minister and Finance Minister  Morarji Desai was for free economy. He had introduced Social Banking Order through which he wanted to compel Banks give 40% of their deposit  to priority sector including to poor. This was done in order to avoid nationalization of the Banks. However through political manipulations  Indira Gandhi removed Morarji Deasi and nationalized the Banks. It turn out to be politicization of the banks. The NPA of the banks started increasing thereafter. It was too late for government to realize that banks have become a liabilities.
                                                                            The all India Bank Employees Association has recently published the list of top Fifty defaulters of the Banks amounting more than Rs 40000 Crores. The figures are from reliable sourses which showas very poor state of affairs in the Banks. It  may be due to the politicalization of loans and including due to the political appointments on the top management positions of the public sector banks.
                                                                         The poor affaires in the public sector banks have now encouraged government to issue licences to open banks in the private sector. However how to solve large' NPA' problems of public sectors banks? It is a great loss to the Indian public,

The American Primary Elections

                                                                                                                                                               The forth coming American Presidential election in the November 2016 have brought lots of heat in the American Primary Elections of the States.The Primary Elections in the states are held in order to select the candidate of each party in the forthcoming election of American President at the end of this year.
                                                                                   The delegates from of each party of the states  choose their candidates on the basis of the program declared by various candidates of the parties. The two States Primary Election were held i.e. Iowa and New Hampshire. In the Iowa Ted Cruz, Republican candidate won against Donald Trump Republican. However Donald Trump still lead general survey of American opinion. Donald Trump has also won in the New Hampshire. Besides that in respect of Democratic Party Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sander had tie in Iowa and Sander won in New Hampshire with considerable margin. Hence all State Delegates of each parties will vote for their Candidates.   The final candidates of individual parties will be selected in the national convention of each political parties. This is the best way to select the candidate for the presidential election of each party on the basis of mind given by grassroot level delegates.
                                                                               The Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton are at present leading candidates of Republican and Democratic parties respectively. Donald Trump stands for deporting illegal immigrants, to built up wall on the border with  Mexico, and to stop immigration of muslim in America until suitable Security system is built up. While Hillary Clinton stands for to fight against racial inequality. She emphasis on Employment, Job, Education and Housing.Sanders want to reform broken Criminal System and  Free Education in Colleges/Universities. Besides he would like to reduce Inequality by Taxing Rich. He is also for  a plan wherein Government run single payer Healthcare System. Hillary Clinton is trying to attract Minorities, and African Americans while Bernie Sander is trying to attract Young and Poor Voters.  Donald Trump is reflecting views of conservative Americans who are worried about the security of the country because of Terrorism and Illegal Immigrants.
                                                                             Let us see and watch How American voters votes and whom they elect their next President?

Father
                                                                                                                                                                      Father is the head of the family and he has to take hard decisions in the best interest of the same. Hence he is generally not popular among his family members. In the process father is blame for the bad things happen in family and  generally not given due credit for the successful upbringing of the family. Children even shows more loves and affection towards mother.
                                  It is said that father is the mind of Son and heart of Daughter. Besides that he is the vast treasures of experiences. Therefore he may guide the children in the right manner avoiding the wrong ways. Therefore children should not do what father did but they are suppose to act on what he advises or says.  The conflicts in some cases  starts out of what father is saying and what he is doing or what he did  during  his life. It will be always in the best interest of chieldern to follow what he says.

                                   Besides that it is found that even Great and Successful fathers had differance of opinion with their sons. i.e. Between Krishna and his son Pradyumna

, Ram and his sons Love/ Kush, Shah Jahan and Aurangzeb, Shivaji and Sambhaji, and the latest case of  Mahatma Gandhi and his son Hiralal.

It also happens in day to day life. It is said that-

While father is showered with praise rarely
Father who Sacrifices his life Physically, Mentally and Materially
 and Carries the burden of family in this world without much credit

 And his very sorry picture is drawn for his benevolent stiffness.

                                 However if fathers are the pillars of the society then mothers are the foundations in the up bringing. They are both important in the positive developments of the mankind.

                                                                                                                                                           Indian Government have recently started 'Make in India' campaign for which the initial response is very encouraging.  The economic climate is very favourable for the same.
1) The GDP growth of India is about  more than 7.3% in the year 2015 which is considerably high  among all develop countries including that of China.
2) The direct foreign investment has reached to $44 Billion during the year 2014-2015.
3) The world rating agency'Moody'has up graded India's rating from'Stable'to'Positive'.
4)The implementation of administrative reforms regarding simplifying the approval  process of projects i.e. including on line projects. The project monitoring group has already cleared 411 projects out of 704 long pending projects.
5)The tax reforms are on the way and goods and services tax Bill is already before parliament for passing the same.
6) All these developments have decrease the Current Account deficit which is under control now.
                             In the context of above the foreign companies are attracted and several manufacturing projects are under way. i.e.
a) Indian railway has signed locomotive manufacturing project in Bihar with General Electric.
b)'Foxconn Announced 10 to 12 facilities in India.
c) Mercedes Benz, 'BMWVolvo, Ford, will increase their local Auto Manufacturing activities in India.
d) Hyundai to manufacture Warship in India.
e)Sun Group to built Russian Helicopters in India.
f) Reliance to built'Nuclear Submarine and Warship with foreign collaborators.
g) Airbus to starts manufacturing Helicopters with Mahindra and Mahindra.

     

                                               
These are the glaring examples of success regarding Make in India , Campaign.  However overall success of such projects depend upon the qualities of product and cost effectiveness.

Rural Upliftment  and  Urban Industrialisation
                                                                                                                                                       Mahatma Gandhi had his own dream for prosperity of India. He wanted to have balance development between Rural and Urban areas. However he emphasis more on Rural development as majority population of India lives in Rural area and which  mainly deals with Agriculture. Besides that he also wanted to make each village self sufficient with assignment of local development in the hands of local  Panchayat i.e. In the hands of local people.  Therefore he gave more importance to  Handloom, Handicraft, and other Service Industries at Village level.
                                                                             But most of his colleagues in the freedom struggle were British educated.  They were very much impressed with the Industrial Revolution in Europe. Hence they went  for Urban  Industrialization and in the process there was a rush towards Urban Areas for employments. It also created slums in Cities. The Rural Development was also very much neglected. Besides that the rising population  nullified the development up to great extent in Urban Areas. Gandhi also believed that population can be controlled through Education and Self Discipline.

                                                                          India can now take lesson from the decline of Chines Economy. China is Dictatorial Country wherein people are asked to sacrifice their Liberty and Rights for the Prosperity. Chines Economy has attained the the Status of Third Economic Power in the world but at what cost? The Chines worker receives least Wages against long and Vigorous labour. This is done in order to increase Export against stiff competition in the world Market. The collective Agriculture has disappeared  from China and 300 Million Rural Population Moved to Urban Area so far to increase the production up to 34%.  China has also used the Migrated Rural Population in Cities to build up infrastructure like Housing, Ring Roads, Bridges, Malls etc. That has also proved inefficient infrastructures which creates lots of  Traffic Jams and other problems.  China had also introduced 0% increase of population but now they have realized that it is a  failure and it has created adverse effect on Zender Ratio. The chines gdp has also decline considerably low. Besides that the  Urbanization has created unrest among people and including in labor force. There is a crash in Stock Market due to adverse Economy.  What all these features Indicate?

                                      The prosperity can not be achieved at the cost of  one against another sector but it has to be done in balance manner. It is grave mistake to encourage  people to move from their places to other places and making them miserable. That was the essence of Gandhian philosophy. The compulsion also fail as it create perversion. Who can say that Gandhian Economical philosophy is irrelevant to present? These are the lessons from declined of Chines Economy. India should take steps to eliminate those mistakes instead of satisfying that they see India's bright future in the decline of Chines Economy.
