Environment and Development

                                                     There is  great movement going on against Carbon which worsen the Environment and   increase the Pollution. The pollution has also lead the climate change which brings Flood, Cyclone, Storm, and Melting of Ice in North South poles. It  also  brings sea level up which erode the vast coastlines  in the world.

                                                     The Change of Climate has brought Heat  and Cold waves abnormally. There were lots of Storms and Cyclones and Floodings in America, China, India and many other Countries of the world due to Climate Change. Hence world has become conscious about controlling Climate Change and forcing the world to use alternative energy instead of Coal which throws maximum Carbon. They started encouraging Solar, Water and Wind energies instead of coal in various Industries. The movement has also brought control over destructions of forest and including Trees.

                                                     The Environment protection and Climate Change measures ultimately effecting development activities of under developed Countries. Those under developed countries have grievances that all developed and rich countries have exploited  recourses of the world and that led the Pollutions and Climate Change. Hence under developed countries are reluctant in  enforcing environment measures at the cost of development.

                                                       Sometime  Roads, Dams and Infrastructure projects are delayed due  to stiff  Environmental regulations.  The Interested people, Structures, Trees or Environmental Regulations  are often  obstacles to widen the Roads or build Highways. They are generally  executed  in public interest.  Those controlling institutions can be practicable in the matter by giving permission with suitable conditions. That thus  will go with development process along with Environment Measures. Besides that incase of big projects like Dams, Big Infrastructure Projects including Highways also should be also handled in such way that it may not delayed inordinately in context of Environment Regulations.  In short development and Environment regulations can be handled in very practical manner.  This is because the development is inevitable for Under develop Countries.
