                                                                            Apple gave iPhone which is presented above Desktop PC for personal computing. It brought revolutionary changes in the life of people.

                                                                             However, the changes which are being brought now are extraordinary. The said versatile device will now handle Banking, Net Working, Map Reading, and Games along with so many additional features. 

                                                                            But it is observed that sales of smartphones are being on the decline for the last five years. Therefore Silicon Valley is in search of new big things. The next big idea will be on Virtual Headsets (VR). Besides further they are also developing glasses for experiencing Augmented Reality(AR) in which computer Graphics are overlaid.

                                                                         However, in this project, all big tech giants like Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Apple, and ByteDance are after it.  There are efforts to see that the new Headset become wearable. The Health wearable gadgets which measure Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, and Sleep patterns sale have now become nearer to smartphones.

                                                                                  Hence the latest new product of Silicon Valley will come into the market very soon.

High Tech Eyes On Health Care

                                                          All advanced countries spend an average of 10% of their GDP while the USA is spending about 17% of its GDP on Health Care. It is observed that the American health care system is very expensive and spends 3.6 Trillion Dollars a year.   All these factors have attracted the attention of high-tech sectors. 

                                                               Amazon, Meta, (The company affiliated with Facebook), Apple, Microsoft, and Google's Alphabet are all involved in Health Care in one or another way. They see huge world market therein with lots of potentials. The above companies are spending Billions of Dollars in the healthcare sector by the way of investment to get huge returns in long term.

                                                              Amazon runs online delivery of medicines throughout America.  Apple is in a Smartwatch with periodically gives new health features thereon. Meta offers fitness-related fun through its goggles and Microsoft keeps on expanding on its health regarding cloud computing offering. The Alphabet parent of Google has invested  1.7 Billion Dollars in new health ideas. Microsoft has even higher former health regulators to advance its cause.  Alphabets have concentrated its projects along with its main objectives i.e. In Wearable, Health Records, and Artificial Intelligence related to Health. including increasing human longevity.

 The Realization Of  Buddha

                                                   India has very close religious relations with Nepal. It is the one and only Hindu state in the world. Ram was born in India but Sita was born in Nepal. Similarly, Gautam Buddha was born in Nepal but he realized the truth of life in India. Most of the initial disciple's Buddha was Indian.  Indian kings then also helped to spread Buddhism in the world.  Buddha realized in Buddha Gaya in India near Kashi.

                                                 Buddha said ' If you stand for  reasons be prepared to stand alone like a tree and if you fall on the ground fall like a seed that grows back to fight.' He meant one has to fight alone for reason or truth and even if you fail you should go on fighting  ' Never be to yourself if you want to be successful' That was his Mantra. One has to be humble and kind than to be Right. You are not given the right to be rude, or cruel because you are correct. That is a message of the Buddha.

                                                 In this world, Three things can't be hidden i.e. Sun, Moon, and Truth. i.e. Truth is also power full like the Sun and Moon which can't be a coverup. Buddha was for giving love instead of begging for it. He also added beautiful people are not always good but good people are always beautiful. Besides, that successful people should also carry two things on their lips. i.e. silence and smile.

                                              Buddha believed that a relationship never dies a natural death but is destroyed by Ego, Attitude, and Ignorance.  You will feel far better if you change yourself instead of changing others. Buddha said that Faith and Prayer make impossible things possible even though they are invisible. One moment can change a day, One day can change a life, and One life can change the world.

                                               Buddha was for control over one Tongue. He said when you speak ask your self ' Is it True or Is it Necessary or Is it Kind.  The uncontrolled Tongue only creates great problems. Buddha has given a very pessimistic message ' No matter how hard past you can always begin again.' He said attachment to someone is the root cause of suffering because it leads to expectations.

                                             Buddha said' Nothing is permanent. Do not stress yourself too much because no matter how bad the situation is it will change.  He said there's no path to happiness Happiness is the path.

                                               Buddha also gave very much importance to spiritualism. He said '   Just as candal  can not burn without fire, Men cannot live without a spiritual life.'

                    In short Buddha, messages are for the happiness of the world and peace thereon.

 Success and Character

                                           Character is very important in life but it does not give guaranteed success.  It is strange but true.  In a successful man, one will find his personal life and habits are not desirable. It gives a wrong signal to common men but it is a complicated matter. However, there is nothing like success wherein all drawbacks of a person are ignored or are covered up.

                                          Franklin Roosevelt known as FDR was a very successful president of America. He played a very successful role in handling the American Economic Depression and the Second world war.  He was not having a good reputation regarding corruption. He had another woman in his marriage life. He was very conservative and use to consult an astrologer on various matters. He was a chain smoker and use to drink 8 to10  times a day. However, he is a respected and successful president in spite of all those drawbacks in his life.

                                          Winston Churchill  Second World War Prime Minister of England was successful in winning the second world war. He was a very lazy person who used to sleep up until the afternoon. He was fond of opium during his college time. He was kicked out twice as prime minister of England during his political career. However, he is considered one of the most successful prime ministers of England. He was imperialist which is also ignored. There is nothing like success.

                                        There was one leader who was a Vegetarian. He did not smoke. Besides that, he never cheated wife and inspired millions of his countrymen. In view of the above  Adolf Hitler of Germany can be considered an ideal leader. But he lost the war and became a bad leader for waging the war.

                  All of these show that it is a great mistake to judge anyone by his habit and character.

Hinduism and Buddhism

                                                        There are several similarities between Hindu philosophy and Buddhism. Bhagavan Buddha was born in Nepal but his Nirvana (i.e. Realization) was taken place in India.  Most of his Initial front followers were from India. They were brought up under Hindu philosophy before they accepted Buddha's teaching.   Buddha's teaching was also mainly influenced by Hinduism but he added some of his own teachings thereon.   Sometimes one feels that Buddha is speaking the language of Vedas and Lord Krishna.

                                                            The extraordinary rise of Buddhism took place at a time when Hinduism was in midst of decaying philosophy. The wasted interest then has taken over control of Hinduism which has become very unpopular because of its irrational practices. Buddha was light for them and people accepted his teaching. Even kings also started accepting buddha's teaching as a state Religion. In short, Hinduism was at declined then and kings started sending monks to surrounding countries for propagating Buddha teachings. i.e. to China, Tibet, Japan, Sri Lanka,  Mymnare, and in Southeast Countries. However, there was one Hindu young  Saint Adi Sankaracharya who traveled from South to North propagating that there is no difference between Buddhism and Hinduism. He also showed that Hinduism has everything which Bhagavan Buddha is teaching.  Those teachings were not put forward by Hinduism in the right perspective. In this connection, Adi Sankaracharya had long discussions for several days along with top Buddhist monks at Kashi. They ultimately accepted that defeat and Hindu philosophy prevailed. Adi Shankaracharya then established four Piths at four corners of India to further protect Hinduism. i.e. at Dwarka, Puri, Kedarnath, and Shrugeri in the South.

       That is how Adi Shankaracharya saved Hinduism from the onslaught of Buddhism in India.

Decline Of Glamour-State Of California, USA

                                                                                                 It is the Golden State in America wherein High Tech Silicon Valley and the Glamourious Movie Industry of Hollywood are situated. It is gifted with beautiful green mountains along with valleys including a long Seashore of the Pacific Ocean. Besides, it has balance weather, making the state a more attractive place to stay. It is said that' When One tastes the orange juice of California will never think of leaving California'. 

                                                                                                California also has a history of the 'Gold Rush' when people from every corner of America were rushing to California for becoming rich. Such is the glory of such a prosperous California. However, glory and prosperity are attached to a big circle that brings up and down of anything. It seems California passing through a declining process for many reasons.

                                                                                                   The population of California is shrinking. In the year2022 population of the State further declined by 400000 than in the Year 2020. The population decline is due to migration from the state. The birth rate is less than the death rate.  It appears it may be due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Los Angeles County population has also fallen over the last four years. The state's total fertility rate has also fallen from 2.2 in the year 2006 to 1.5 in the year 2020. In the year 2010, the population of elder 65+was 11% but it will double in the year by 2030. It may change the demography of the state.

                                                                                                  It is no more the migrant magnet because of frequent Drought, Wildfires in the forest Areas, and Expensive Housing. The Rich old people are buying houses in other States. Besides that poor schooling also plays an effect on migration from the State. California has lost 3 million of its population between the years 2000 and 2020 accordingly.  27% of the population of California is foreign-born which is twice the national average. In short, a Culturally rich state has become now more expensive which is not comfortable for the people to stay in. Hence State like Texas and Arizona has become more attractive for people to stay.

                                This is how California is losing its glamour and attractions.

Diabetes-Care

                                                      Diabetes is a disease that can give a long life if controlled, but it can kill one if it is neglected. It is a disease that slowly affects one's organs which are most essential for a healthy life. i.e. Eyes. Heart, Kidney, etc. It is observed that patients with uncontrolled diabetes sometimes lose their eyes or make their eyesight weak. Heart problem is expected in the case of diabetes. Besides that, it also adversely affects the kidneys. In short, it can make its victims weak and disabled, and ultimately it may lead to death. 

                                     The expert doctors say that all diabetic patients are not getting equal treatment because of so many reasons. In some cases, even patients cannot effort prescribed treatment because of their economic conditions. Sometimes they do not understand the doctor's instructions due to language problems. It is also found that a doctor's instruction goes against a patient's cultural beliefs. In this fast and competitive world, even some diabetic patients do not get time to follow doctor instructions.                                                About 34.1 Million Adults are suffering from diabetes according to 'US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and 90 to 95 %of them have type 2 Diabetes. It comes to 26%of the population including the population of 65 and the elder. It is more among the economically weaker section than the wealthy.

                                     It requires a better communication system to improve the conditions of diabetic patients. In this connection, Kaiser Permanent Group has higher people who can converse with patients in their own language. Even community workers can also play a better role in improving the condition of diabetic patients. Health care providers can communicate with their patients better and faster by effectively expanding the  Telehealth System. It can also make it easy for Providers to reach diabetic patients in their homes. 

                                       However, Diabetes is the most common disease in the world and it has to be tackled with proper education on 'Living Healthy Lives.
