Self-Realization- In Context of Veda

                                                               Vedas are at the foundation of Hindu philosophy. Ajurved which is one of the part and partial of all Vedas is basically lead one to self-realization for which the great saints of the world had carved in their lives. 

                                                              Our Rishis had said so many things in Hindu ancient scriptures which are not believed by our scientists and intellectuals. However, now our scientists are with their experiments coming to the same conclusions. Ajurved said in Sanskrit' Pragnanam Bramha' means 'Knowledge is God'.  All developments in the world are due to knowledge. One should not see the thing once own way but it should be seen as in actuality. The Human can put the Lion into a cage which is a very wild Animal. That is due to the knowledge of how to tame a Lion. Therefore it is said that knowledge is God.

                                                             'Tatva Masi' in Sanskrit means' You are the same.'  It is conscious of the person where God resides.  It always reflects the Truth. All Emotions, Humour, Feeling, Writing, and Speaking which are parts of life start from it. Those live things have no relations with the body where the power of God Exists. In short, the reasons for all deceased are due to stress which arises out of love for the body.

                                                               The One more truth which Rishis had pronounced in Vedas that 'Ayam Atma Bramha'.  It means Atma is 'God'. In short, they mean that' God lives within us' in view of what explained above. It is a satire on the people who are running here and there in search of God.

                                                             Besides, that Ajurved said ' Aham Bramahsmi ' It means ' I am God' which is very misguiding for illiterate, and ignorant people in the world. It has to be understood from the right perspective. Even some arrogant and insolent people use this sentence. However, realized Saints use it in the right way.    The realized souls are always one with God can only say he is very much near God and Thy is within us. In short, that is complete self-realization.

World  Allied In 2021

                                                        Newly elected  American president Joe Bidon has taken over the regime of America after the defeat of President Donald Trump.  He overturns many policy decisions taken by his predecessor. However, he is very cautious in the case of American policy towards China and still following the policies of his predecessor. i.e.Including policies of Trade War, Opposing its expansionist policies which also include South China Sea issue. Besides that, he is still persistent in case of mishandling and misguiding the world in respect of coronavirus at the initial stages. 

                                         China is the most controversial country in the world which is following expansionist policies with India, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, and all other small countries around it.  It is also violating human rights in China including in  Xinjiang province and Hongkong. The people of China are always under the surveillance of the government and their privacy is also being violated.

 

                                          China has become prosperous in world trade by practicing one-way trade. That means China is mostly in surplus in International Trade by producing Chip and quality goods. Even though those goods may not be enduring for a long. This may be one of the secrets for large turnover in its trade. China has a very large earning of foreign exchange out of trade which they are using to invest through loans among weak and poor countries. China exploits their natural resources in return and also for increasing its political influence on those countries. 

                                                             However, now the world has realized the Chinese ambitions to become a superpower in the world.  American president Joe Biden has already told Americans that 'China will eat away our lunch if we are not careful.  Besides, that world economies are ruined because of coronavirus which was originated in China.  World opinion is now against China and new political alignment has come up against China.  America, Japan, South Korea, India, Australia, France, and the UK have formed an axis in order to face China in Asia and the South China Sea. Therefore all Naval Forces of those countries are patrolling the South China Sea in order to give an appropriate answer to Chinese expansion policies all over the world.

                                                                                  Anjelica  Markel is a Chancellor of Germany for 18 years which is one of the biggest economies in the World. There are no charges of corruption or favoritism during her regime. She is very adjustable with her opponents and has been very balanced in her talk.

                                                                                  She is coming from the area of former East Germany but does not have any urge for a luxurious lifestyle. Germany was not in good shape when she took over but today German economy in the best shape.  She is very popular among the people of Germany.

                                                                                   Why she is so popular? She never gets attracted to material pleasures. she never carves for a Luxurious Car or Big Real Estate or Yacht, or Private Plane. She has a very simple lifestyle. One reporter asked her why she is repeating the same dress now and then.? She replied 'I am a government employee, not a model. She also stated to a journalist that ' I arrange my own clothes. My husband operates washing machines at night so that our neighbors are not disturbed and there is less power consumption during the period. She is staying in an ordinary Apartment like an ordinary Citizen.  In short, she does not own any Villa, Swimming Pool, Garden, and Servants,

                                                                                       It is quite different attitudes than what many leaders carve for. However people always observe their leaders and follow them, Therefore leaders are supposed to be role models for people.  That is why Germany is a very strong country with a very powerful economy in the world.

                                                            Good health has a very close relationship with sleeping habits.  Some people are careless about the sleep. Those persons torture their bodies by taking insufficient sleep. They go on enjoying life up to late hours at night and then get up early on their professional call. In the process, their health starts deteriorating. It invites diseases like blood pressure, heart problems, etc. In short bad habits reduce your sleep and create adverse health problems.

                                                            Quality sleep can help one to avoid the major problems relating to Heart and Blood Pressure.  It balances the hormone and strengthens the memory power. One can also reduce cholesterol with good sleep.

                                                            The insufficient and disturbs sleep can spoil once a day and make him feel lousy, tired, and drowsy at day time. Those things will affect the efficiency of the person.  The continued lack of sleep can create stress and mental disease.  It can also adversely affect one memory power.  Reduced and disturbed sleep also increase indigestion which can be caused of major diseases.

There are industries relating to agriculture products firearms, machine tools, and domestic appliances. It produces 11% solar electricity for consumption as per the reporting year 2015. The Electrical Battery, Barometer. Wireless Telephone, Typewriter. and Thermometers are also made in Italy. Italy is very much involved in the innovative fields of  Nuclear Reactor, Space Science, and Rocket Design.

                                  Italy has the highest cultural heritage and the average  Italian is having the best lifestyle. Hence they also appreciate the good things in life.

 American Foreign Policy

                                                         Every Country has the right to practice its foreign policy in the best interest but American foreign policy quite different in the sense that as it varies with the different countries on the basis of who follows and who does not follow its line. In short, it is followed in its interest with the view to dominate over them. This is because America wants to maintain its supremacy.  Once there was a competition of supremacy between America and Russia and now it is between America and China. Few world powers with Atomic weapons have created an Atomic treaty which is based to maintain their supremacy and to prohibit other nonatomic power countries from manufacturing atomic weapons. The root cause of  American conflict with Iran is based on making various efforts by Iran to manufacture atomic weapons.

                                              Iran Enemy Israel has already Atom Bomb and even Pakistan has an Islamic Atom Bomb. Israel is the American Allies and Pakistan was once very friendly with America. This reflects the double standard in the American foreign policy because they are and were following the American line of foreign policy. However, it is appreciable that America is ready to spend its Money, Men, and its  Resources to handle any Rough Nations of the World. North Korea is one of the living examples. 

                                                   America can go to war even in order to maintain its supremacy and to use the natural resources of the countries. America runs down and destroyed  Iraq on the ground that it has chemical weapons. There were other hidden reasons to control its Oil fields. America also removed the Al Kaida regime from Afghanistan who organized an attack on the world trade center of New York, However, America is still paying a very heavy price with Money, Men, and its resources.

                                                  There may be some discrepancies in American foreign policy but one has to recognize that it has the will to carry outs its objectives at any cost. 'The Ugly Americans' Novel described the inconsistency and discrepancies in American foreign policy. America is at present in conflict with Iran and China with some specific objectives. We hope it may not turn into a World War. We wish the year 2021 maybe a year of Peace and Harmony for the world.

Nepal Under Political Turmoil

                                                      Nepal is the only Hindu state in the world even though India is the origin of Hinduism.  Besides, it is a buffer state between India and China. Once Autonomous  Tibet was a buffer state between India and China.  It was a political blunder on the part of  Jawaharlal  Nehru then PM who officially recognized the sovereignty of China over Tibet which brought the Chinese border adjourning to India. It also automatically brought the Chinese border near Nepal. In the process, Himalayan protection became irrelevant to both Countries. India and Nepal are paying a very heavy price for that controversial decision. India is facing continuous border disputes/ conflicts with China and Nepal is now a victim of internal interference of China in Nepal. 

                                                     China also played a very crucial role in uniting the Marxist Communist and Maoist communist parties in Nepal in order to install political power in the hands of the communist regime. China also gave loans and grant to built-up infrastructure in Nepal. This is only to increase its influence in Nepal and to reduce the dependence of Nepal on India. This is a game that China is playing with all poor and underdeveloped countries in order to exploit their natural resources and using them for strategic purposes. 

                                                    However, now China is finding it difficult to solve the political rivalries in communist groups of Nepal.   K P  Sharma Oli, Prime Minister of Nepal has dissolved the House and declared midterm elections as he could not face challenges from former PM Pushpa Kumar Dahal, known as Prachanda. There is opposition from people, opposition parties and including from communist party within. Some people have gone to the supreme court for challenging the decision of prime minister Oli. Besides, people have come down on the road for opposing the prime minister's decision. In short, there is turmoil in the political field of Nepal.

                                                    The Chinese envoy to Nepal leaving all diplomatic protocol has been taking an active part in order to solve the political crisis in the communist party of Nepal. China has also sent a high-level communist party delegation in order to find ways and means to solve the crisis. But it seems they have failed and returned to China. However, still few senior officials of China's communist party are still meddling in the political crisis in Nepal.  People of Nepal have now openly come down to the street in order to oppose China for interfering in the internal affairs of Nepal. 

                                                     India is a silent spectator of the political crisis in Nepal in spite of that former Prime Minister Prachanda has asked for help. India is very much displeased with Prime Minister Oli for creating border disputes with India. It appears that it was done with the incitement of China. However, it seems India wants that relevant parties in Nepal should take a decision in the best interest of Nepal. It is very much necessary for the development and stability of Nepal. China should be kept out of these problems.
