India's Defense Scams
                                                                                                                                                              The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi  is presently touring France on Goodwill visit. Meanwhile he has also signed so many agreements with France. One of the important agreements was buying 36 'Rafal Fighter' Aircrafts for  Indian Air force.

                                                       Dr Subramaniam Swami of ' BJP ' has objected the Deal on the ground that  fighter planes are not up to mark as per requirement of Indian  Air force. Besides that he also pointed out that it was a shady deal signed  during the time of  previous government wherein sisters of Sonia Gandhi's were also involved. He also threaten to challenge the agreement in the Court. In this even congress party also inciting him to do so.
                                                        This is not the first time defense deal which is being question on the ground of quality and corruption.  There are instances of shady and corrupt defense deals in the past.
 It will be interesting to note the following deals which became very controversial
                                                        1)  Krishna Menon  was a High commissioner of England in the year 1948. The 200 Jeeps were ordered for the defense purpose from England but only 155 Jeeps were only delivered. In the process India has to bare the loss of  80 lakhs then. The deal was not investigated further as Krishna  Menon was very close to Nehru then Prime Minister of India.

                                                         2) The Bofer Gun scam took place in the time of Rajive Gandhi wherein it is alleged that 63 Crore Rupees Commission was being paid. The names of  many appeared in the scam including of Rajive Gandhi then the Prime Minister.

                                                         3) It is said that there was scam in the year 1999  in respect of the 'Coffins for dead bodies of Kargil War Soldiers'.
                                                         4) In the year 2000 India purchased 'Barak Missiles of about 1150 crores from Israel.  However they were not up to mark and some scam was alleged for the same.

                                                         5) Besides that there were 'Tatra Trucks and Augusta Wasteland Helicopter scams also propped up thereafter.

                                                           The defense of India  is very important as it is  surrounded by hostile Countries like Pakistan, China and Bangladesh etc. Therefore India is compelled to buy defense equipment of thousands of crores. However in the process it is very unfortunate that crores of rupees are being cornered through scams by the undesirable elements.  God  save India from such people and hope the present government clear the country from this Mess

The Principles of Good Management-
                                                                                                                                                                      The skill of management can be learnt from the books but put it is difficult in putting into practice.. However if person who is on the top of management and tells you his own practical experiences then it becomes easy to adopt it. The theory and practical has such wast difference.
                                                   The CEO of Master Card Ajay Banga  very recently talked to the management students about the principles of management in very practical manner. Ajay Banga is even occupiing very high position in US administration as a member of advisory committee for trade policy and negotiation. He is also chairman of the US-INDIA Business Council.
                                                 He pointed out the following factors which are important for the Management point of view-
1)One must be conscious about the urgency. Therefore information should pass on very fast. He said that adverse developments should be given more importance for taking immediate and corrective measures in management. Hence he said in light manner that good news can come through stairs but bad news should reach to higher management through elevator.
2) One may hear all others in  management but  should have sense of urgency to take decision and execute the same. Hence one must have sense of balance in management
3)One must have  courage to take calculated risky decision in the management.
4) One must continuously introspect and ask himself whether he is missing anything in his management. However that does not mean that he should be fearful.
5) One should be global in management in order to equip himself effectively. Therefore you must be surrounded by people with different views, nature and experiences. He stressed more on diversity in the management.
6) One should always do good for whom he manages and for others who are concerned with

 Politics

                                                                                                                                                                  It is said that politics is a place for scoundrels.  Besides that Anna Hazare also added that it is a full of  Dirt.  What is going on in Aam Admi Party and including in other parties  amounts to same.

                                                              It was very pleasant  pictures to see Anna Hazare along with  his followers Arivind Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi, Prashant Bhushan, Yogendra Jadav  and other fighting for Lokpal Bill in order to bring Changes in the political field of the country. The people all over India were very much supportive for their agitation thinking that it will brings changes in in the Indian politics. Such pleasant picture was temporary as politicians were playing their own game to destroy the  movement. Even some of those leaders who joined the Anna Hazare movement had their hidden personal ambitions. Some of them joined who were not even getting place in politics. However common people were there only for the interest of the Country.

                                                              One by one one with different reasons most of the leaders broke away from the Anna Movement and he was totally deserted. This was a natural phenomena in politics when opportunist cannot achieve their goals. Some of them left even on alleged principles. However Arvind Kejriwal enter into politics telling Anna Hazare that " We have to enter into politics to clean it even if there is a dirt".

                                                            What is happening in the Aam Admi Party now shows that instead of coming out clean like Lotus from dirt the most of its leaders are now covered by it. Besides that it is crystal clear that most of them joined the party for their personal political ambitions instead of giving clean political field. Hence ultimately it is being proved that in politics everybody is playing the same personal  political game. However in the process the people of India is watching the dirty political game helplessly as their efforts to bring clean political atmosphere is failing miserably. Let us now wait for one more opportunity with one more Dynamic and Clean  leader. Hope for the Best.
